1st step - a desparate, un-tollarable sickness with the present status
2nd step - Belife that things can be better
3rd step - Feeling that - I can do it - as my back is on the wall
4th step - A direction to start moving
5th step - Find what to do
6th step - Do something

Always smile - the change is not a pain not to change is
