How to stay Invisible - a story

A dry thunder tore open a tree when I was born. The fire smoked the strange intelligence of tall palm tree. Thunder helps to free the womb, it needs the untidiness of a storm, the energy of a nature’s revenge. In that village the usual mid-wife was not available that day. Still I was born from a dead mother before the storm ended in a rain.

The door was shut. Little whisper, flattering shadows awake me. I have become too sensitive during sleep. Like a dog listening much wider range of sound. Like a bat seeing with eyes closed. Something is always awake and focused within me. That’s my bodyguard.

They are smart. They are persistent. They are many. They will catch me one day, if I do not catch them before. I must become a good hunter to become an invincible hunted.

Civilization progress with its knowledge of using animal. Even religion needs sacrifice. Doctor’s knowledge blossoms tearing open monkeys, science sends a dog to the space before a man. Hi fashion is about fur and mink, music is about skin and guts of dead beast. Animals are invisible to most, they only appear when needed. How come they remain invisible and so useful?

Find a herd to melt into. Find a herd where the common ness is a matter of dress code and not communication.

Cockroach. Even you hate them you can’t do a thing to them. They know how to survive giving creeps to you. They are invisible because you want it that way.

Then what! When the fish stays where they are and the whole river catches the bite and comes out with your pull. Add to that you leave an eye witness smiling at your crime. What can you do to the moon. He can blackmail you anytime anywhere.

One day God appears in my window, smiles and takes away my death. Imagine my fear. What will I do with my time. How will I fill this endless existence now.

Always keep the shadow in front, light at the back. Walk instep with the next guy, do not hurry. Dress to mingle, eye defocused, take your time. You become your shadow. Shadows are invisible.

Rent a house in the top floor. Smaller the better. Don’t hire maid or any other help. Pay your rent before asking. Don’t make noise while walking on the stairs. Avoid conversation with neighbors, carry some books prominently, look dreamy, nod miss timely. Let nobody see your drying cloths, use head phone. Go out and comeback with all office people. Don’t use branded cloths. Never disagree or strongly agree with anybody. Smile like a dead person. Think you are a dwarf, dumb and dim witted, your behavior will show. Do not stay more than 100 days in same house. Change.

Stay in Hotel. As the wise says follow the golden mean path. It is always safe. Medium cost, medium location, medium is the keyword. Being medium is being invisible.

In my pretence, am I week?. Like a goat among pack of sheep. Like a red ant in a black ants mound. Because there is an inconsistency in what I look and what I am. I need a gun to regain my strength, to feel the power I have over all sheeps and ants.

Fully automatic, little heavy, matte silver, well oiled movements, soft metallic clicks, top of the line, a sexy piece in the pocket. When I hold it inside the pocket, suddenly I become more invisible. My power says you can do everything better now.

To find me they will lay traps.
Fish bates – where they will hang the easy carrot for my grab. So avoid any thing good coming in your way too easy. Keep away from anything free.
