Q. you seem quite needy sir, is there anything we can give you?
A. Not really, I have every thing. Food, family, home, tobacco, some spare time, friends - well I do have problems but I guess every one has some.
Q. We are here to make your life better and ensure you become the part of developed India. Ask for something?
A. You seem to be a good guy, seat beside me and talk to me about your developed India. The India we see in TV and read in newspaper, where our young ones go and never come back. Pl give me some of your time.
Q. Sorry sir, no time, I can give you money, free coupons for food, loans, access to mobile phone, ADHAR card, free medicine - any thing you ask for. But I have no time to give you, I have to develop half the population of the world.
A. Ohh, please go ahead with your development work.
