My Ideal Day

Get up at 5.30, when the night is fading away and morning lights are dim and source less. Go for a morning walk. See a squirrel, few birds, notice some trees, collects some discarded feathers and greet few familiar faces.
Read few lines from a book of good thoughts. Look outside from the balcony. Avoid news paper.

Go to work. Work should be meditative and creative like painting or writing.

Have light lunch with family or friends. Spend some time with kids. At evening go for a walk, look at stranger, smile generously and make a new acquaintance.

Have early dinner with your family, than work for one or two hours. Go to sleep at 10.30.

That’s a great day.
