Pond & Well – ‘Belief System’
Pond’ - the collector of knowledge - needs a “belief system” to hold all the desperate pieces of knowledge in a neat framework. It is bit like the shelving strategy at our kitchens.
Now this “Belief system” slowly becomes our master and we keep serving it by collecting more pieces of information thinking one day we will need them. Collecting becomes more important than the reason for collecting.
Well – the spring of inner knowledge – needs no belief system, need no storage, need to framework. Rather if you have them you are not a ‘Well’ any more.
The ‘Pond’ has to destroy all these seemingly essential knowledge parameters to find the ‘Well’. This is an essential step in the transformation of how the Pond becomes a Well.
But how do you do destroy the ‘Belief System’ to become a Well - that’s another story

The well has a source of water deep from the earth's crust.
In a pond the water gets stagnant In a well the water is re-freshd by as it is used up.
Knowledge is like water. It has flow meaning it must be shared.
It must be fresh & not stagnant
Whatever you gather without reasoning is information
